Satish Kumar to retire from Indian Bank on July 31, 2026

Indian Bank informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited that Satish Kumar, Chief General Manager - Corporate Credit and Mid Corporate Credit, stepped down from his role on July 31, 2026, upon superannuation, effectively ceasing to be a Senior Management Personnel of the bank as of August 1, 2026.
