Muthoot Finance names Alexander George as future Managing Director, effective October 2026

The Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Limited has recommended the appointment of Alexander George as Managing Director, effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Current Managing Director George Alexander Muthoot will assume the role of Executive Vice Chairman, while K. R. Bijimon has been elevated to Chief Executive Officer. Muthoot Finance reported consolidated Loan Assets Under Management of Rs 1.91 trillion as of June 30, 2026, and a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 106.06 billion for the financial year 2025-26.
