RSWM Limited prioritizes job creation in rural and semi-urban areas, allocating 50.13% and 49.53% of its total wage costs to these regions, respectively, according to its latest sustainability report. The company is actively engaged in corporate social responsibility projects, investing 30.51 lakhs in food and health initiatives and 1.75 lakhs in education and skills development, benefiting approximately 182,500 and 62,600 individuals, all from vulnerable groups. RSWM also emphasizes local procurement, sourcing 43.17% of its materials directly from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and 56.83% from within India. While a formal data privacy policy is still under development, the company maintains a comprehensive IT framework and has reported no data breaches. The report notes no issues related to traditional knowledge usage or product recalls, and highlights a structured system for handling customer complaints.
