Central Bank of India announced that Rajesh Ranjan has assumed office as a Shareholder Director on the bank’s board under Section 9(3)(i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, effective August 1, 2026, for a period of three years.
