Omega AG-Seeds (Punjab) Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 07, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for the company’s designated persons will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until August 09, 2026.
