GHCL Limited’s net revenue fell 3% to Rs 798 crore, but net profit rose 32%

GHCL Limited, an Indian chemical company, announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, stating that net revenue decreased by 3% to Rs 798 crore compared to Rs 823 crore in the same quarter last year, while EBITDA increased by 4% to Rs 233 crore and net profit rose by 32% to Rs 191 crore. Managing Director R S Jalan noted that the company’s performance demonstrated resilience despite global volatility and shipping disruptions, and that the company is taking steps to diversify its product portfolio, with Bromine and Vacuum Salt projects expected to begin commercial operations in the second quarter of fiscal year 2027.
