Boston Commerce Limited, formerly known as Boston Bio Systems Limited, announced that its Board of Directors approved the shifting of the company's registered office from A.828, Sun West Bank, Ashram Road P.O, Ahmedabad, City Taluka, Gujarat, India, 380009 to OFFICE NO. 11, KRISHNA COMPLEX, Mahatma Gandhi Bridge, Shreyas Colony, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, T.P. NO.3 FP NO.291, effective August 1, 2026, subject to filings with the Registrar of Companies and other statutory authorities.
