Hawkins Cookers shareholders re-elected Teckchandani and appointed Mahajan as Independent Directors

Hawkins Cookers Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Murli Aildas Teckchandani as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031, and the appointment of Vini Mahajan as an Independent Director for a first five-year term, also from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031, at the company’s 66th Annual General Meeting on July 29, 2026.
