Prism Johnson Limited purchased 52,78,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Samini Ceramics Limited from Sentini Buildtech LLP for a total consideration of Rs 15,30,76,500, increasing its shareholding in Samini from 90% to 98.5% on a fully diluted basis.
