Family Care Hospitals Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ashdullah Khan as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective July 31, 2026. The company also disclosed standalone unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a profit/loss for the year of Rs (42.37) crore, compared to a profit/loss of Rs (69.51) crore in the prior year, and total comprehensive income for the year of Rs (42.37) crore, compared to Rs (69.51) crore in the prior year. Additionally, the company disclosed that inventories include discount coupon vouchers amounting to Rs 38.03 crore, which remain unutilized due to the closure of its main hospital operations.
