Oriental Hotels Limited shareholders approve Venkatesh Rajagopal and Suraj Moraje as directors

Oriental Hotels Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of Mr. Venkatesh Rajagopal and Mr. Suraj Krishna Moraje as directors and independent directors of the company for a term of five years, commencing May 5, 2026, and expiring May 4, 2031. Mr. Rajagopal, formerly an Indian Police Service officer and founder of Celebrity Fashions and Indian Terrain, and Mr. Moraje, founder of the Eka Fellowship and Beyond Trees, are not related to any other director and are not debarred from holding the office of director, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.
