Blue Dart Express proposes Rajat Jain and Avijit Mukerji for five-year director roles

Blue Dart Express Ltd. recommended the appointment of Rajat Kumar Jain and Avijit Mukerji as independent directors to its board for a term of five years, effective September 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting. Rajat Kumar Jain is the founder of PadUp Ventures, while Avijit Mukerji is the founder and managing partner of TatvaSutra Solutions LLP, and both appointments are also subject to regulatory approvals.
