Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its step-down subsidiary, Qurovia Lifesciences Private Limited, was incorporated in India on July 25, 2026, with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka. Qurovia, which will focus on the wholesale and retail distribution of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products, was incorporated with an authorized share capital of Rs 1,50,00,000 and R S M Pharma Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited, subscribed to 10,000 equity shares, aggregating to Rs 1,00,000.
