GAIL (India) reports Rs 4,292 crore profit after tax for Q1 FY26-27

GAIL (India) Limited announced a revenue from operations of Rs 38,982 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 4,292 crore for the first quarter of financial year 2026-27, compared to Rs 34,797 crore and Rs 1,262 crore, respectively, in the previous quarter, according to a press release. On a consolidated basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 41,350 crore and profit after tax of Rs 4,665 crore, excluding minority interest, compared to Rs 35,705 crore and Rs 1,485 crore in the fourth quarter of financial year 2025-26, while capital expenditure during the quarter was Rs 6,176 crore.
