JITF Infralogistics board re-appoints Sinha, adds Mishra, Baid, and Dutt as directors

JITF Infralogistics Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Dr. Amarendra Kumar Sinha as a Whole-Time Director, effective August 3, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Satyakam Mishra, Mr. Suresh Baid, and Mr. Sandip Dutt as Additional Directors, effective July 31, 2026.
