Indus Fila Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Abhay Mandhana as a Whole-time Director and Kanikella Hepzibah Rathna Glory as an Independent Director at the company’s 27th Annual General Meeting on July 30, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed M/s CAAG and ASSOCIATES as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive financial years from 2026-27 to 2030-31.
