Immunogenics advances multispecific therapeutics with AbbVie, Glenmark collaborations, potential $1.225 billion

Immunogenics, Inc. continues to advance its pipeline of multispecific therapeutics, highlighted by the Phase 1 dose expansion trial for ISB 2001/ABBV-2001, a trispecific antibody for multiple myeloma, currently underway in Australia, the US, and Europe. The company has collaborations with AbbVie for North America, Europe, Japan, and Greater China, and Glenmark for Emerging Markets, potentially yielding up to $1.225 billion in milestone payments and royalties. Other programs include ISB 2301, a multispecific immune cell activator targeting solid tumors, slated for an Investigational New Drug application this year, and ISB 880/LAD191, an IL-1RAP antagonist in Phase 2 trials for hidradenitis suppurativa, licensed to Almirall. Further development is underway for ISB 830 and its extended-half-life version, STAR-0310, now under BioCryst following the acquisition of Astria Therapeutics.
