S V Global Mill Limited appointed Senthil Kumar and Sundararajan as auditors for five years

S V Global Mill Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Senthil Kumar and Sundararajan, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditor for a five-year term from the conclusion of the 19th Annual General Meeting, i.e., for the financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31, replacing M/s. S. Viswanathan LLP, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, which resigned as statutory auditor effective July 3, 2026.
