Indokem Limited announced that its board of directors re-appointed Mrs. Asha M. Khatau as a Non-Executive Director, liable to retire by rotation at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and appointed M/s. Y. S. Gokhale & Associates as the company’s Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, subject to member ratification.
