Amarnath Securities Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Atul Kumar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 1, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. Mr. Kumar, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel of the company and holds a B.com from Delhi University, a PG Diploma in Financial Management from Pondicherry University, and an LLB from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra, bringing with him 33 years of experience in corporate law.
