TAJGVK Hotels & Resorts reports Rs 109.42 crore standalone revenue for Q1 2026-27

TAJGVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd reported standalone revenue of Rs 109.42 crore for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026, which was not comparable to the previous year due to dividend income from a joint venture, while its subsidiary, Greenwoods Palaces and Resorts Private Limited, operating Taj Santacruz, Mumbai, reported revenue of Rs 56.69 crore. Consolidated revenue for TAJGVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd was Rs 108.08 crore in the first quarter of 2025-26 compared to Rs 166.11 crore in the first quarter of 2026-27, with the company having acquired an additional 2.01% stake in Green Woods on February 10, 2026, and a greenfield 256-key Taj Yelahanka project in Bengaluru is nearing commercial operations.
