Mphasis Limited announced that its ESOP Compensation Committee approved the allotment of 3,606 equity shares following the exercise of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under the Employee Stock Options Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016) and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the Restricted Stock Units Plan 2021 (RSU Plan 2021).
