Simplex Castings Ltd. announced that Champak Kalyanji Dedhia has completed his second term as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to hold the position with effect from July 31, 2026, as per Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
