GAIL to merge Konkan LNG, creating a larger entity with Rs 741 crore turnover

GAIL (India) Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved a scheme of merger of Konkan LNG Limited (KLL) with GAIL, with KLL’s turnover for fiscal year 2025-26 at Rs 741 crore and GAIL’s turnover at Rs 1,41,483 crore for the same period; KLL, a wholly owned subsidiary of GAIL, owns and operates an LNG regasification terminal at Dabhol, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, and the merger is intended to create a larger, vertically integrated entity and simplify the group structure.
