POWERGRID InvIT receives SEBI relaxation on corporate governance norms through December 2026

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (“PGInvIT”), acting through its Investment Manager POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, received relaxation from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regarding corporate governance norms, including compliance with Regulation 4(2)(e)(v) and Regulation 26H(1) of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, until December 31, 2026, and from the applicability of SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS -PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/153 dated September 11, 2023, until September 30, 2026.
