Adani Energy Solutions’ QIP committee closed the offering, allocating shares to institutional buyers

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. announced that its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) committee approved the closure of the offering on July 30, 2026, allocating 21,671,826 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 1,615.00 per share to eligible qualified institutional buyers, which included a 4.90% discount to the floor price of Rs 1,698.15.
