RNIT AI Solutions Limited moves registered office to Telangana, pending government approval

RNIT AI Solutions Limited, formerly known as Autopal Industries Limited, informed the BSE Limited that its members approved the shifting of the company's registered office from the State of Rajasthan to the State of Telangana at the 2nd Annual General Meeting (Post Relisting) held on July 29, 2026, subject to approval from the Central Government (Regional Director), which will also require an amendment to Clause 2 of the company's Memorandum of Association.
