Aarti Industries names Suyog Kotecha as Managing Director & CEO, effective October 2026

Aarti Industries Limited announced a leadership transition effective October 1, 2026, with Suyog Kotecha appointed as Managing Director & CEO, succeeding Rajendra Gogri, Rashesh Gogri, and Renil Gogri, who will transition to Non-Executive Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Vice-Chairman respectively. The move, resulting from long-term succession planning, aims to strengthen governance and institutional leadership while maintaining strategic oversight from the promoter directors, and follows Kotecha’s two years as Chief Executive Officer.
