E-Land Apparels Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of Mrs. Sandhiya Balamurgan (DIN: 11856567) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective July 30, 2026, for a term of five years subject to shareholder approval, and rescheduled its August 20, 2026, annual general meeting to a later date to be announced.
