Aarti Industries’ Suyog Kotecha to become Managing Director, effective October 2026

Aarti Industries Limited said Rajendra V. Gogri, Rashesh C. Gogri, and Renil R. Gogri will transition to non-executive roles, effective October 1, 2026, while Rajendra V. Gogri will continue as Chairman and Rashesh C. Gogri and Renil R. Gogri will remain as Vice-Chairmen. Additionally, Suyog Kotecha, currently CEO and Executive Director, will assume the role of Managing Director, also effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, as part of a governance model transition.
