IIFL Capital Singapore Pte. Ltd. incorporated in Singapore with SEBI and ACRA approval

IIFL Capital Services Limited, formerly IIFL Securities Limited, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, IIFL Capital Singapore Pte. Ltd., has been incorporated in Singapore on July 30, 2026, following approval from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and a No Objection Certificate from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The new company, which has an initial share capital of SGD 1.00, will undertake business support service activities and provide management consultancy services.
