GROWINGTON VENTURES INDIA LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved borrowing and availing of a financial assistance of up to Rs 1,89,00,000 via overdraft facility from ICICI Bank, secured by a fixed deposit of up to Rs 2,10,00,000.
