Nirani Sugars appoints Saurav Singh as Company Secretary, effective August 1, 2026

Nirani Sugars Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Riga Sugar Co. Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Saurav Singh as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 1, 2026. Mr. Singh, who holds membership number ACS A63910 with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, previously worked at PG Electroplast Limited, Honasa Consumer Limited, and Le Travenues Technology Limited.
