Shristi Infrastructure forms Shristi Realty Holdings to pursue real estate ventures in India

Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shristi Realty Holdings Limited, in India on July 30, 2026, with a primary objective to acquire new business ventures in the real estate and construction industry. SIDCL will subscribe to 100% of the subsidiary’s initial paid-up share capital at a face value of Rs 10 per share, representing 100% control.
