Belding India Limited to merge DC&T Global, consolidating data center business lines

Belding India Limited announced a scheme of amalgamation by way of merger by absorption of its wholly-owned subsidiary, DC&T Global Private Limited, according to a regulatory filing on July 30, 2026. The amalgamation is intended to consolidate DC&T’s high-growth business lines, including data center EPC, battery energy storage systems manufacturing, and component/containerized data center manufacturing, within Belding India Limited, and will result in the transfer of assets and intellectual property to the listed entity. DC&T Global Private Limited reported turnover of Rs 1.20 crore and net worth of Rs 44689.00 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26, while Belding India Limited reported consolidated turnover of Rs 2.80 crore and consolidated net worth of Rs 104843.62 crore for the same period.
