Pankaj Goyal will become CFO of AWL Agri Business Ltd. on July 31, 2026

AWL Agri Business Ltd., formerly known as Adani Wilmar Ltd., announced that Pankaj Goyal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 31, 2026, following a recommendation from the company's Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Goyal, who has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, is a Chartered Accountant and has been associated with the company as Finance Controller since 2019, previously working with other Adani Group companies including Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited and Adani Green Energy Limited.
