AWL Agri Business Ltd. reports INR 20,048 crore revenue with strong profit growth

AWL Agri Business Ltd., formerly known as Adani Wilmar Ltd., reported a consolidated revenue of INR 20,048 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, an 18% year-over-year increase, with 7% underlying volume growth. The company’s operating EBITDA rose 34% to INR 693 crore, and profit after tax increased 48% to INR 351 crore, driven by strong execution across businesses and disciplined cost management, according to a press release. Food & FMCG revenue reached INR 1,726 crore, growing 22% year-over-year, while alternate channels, including quick commerce, grew 27% year-over-year.
