Nucleus Software’s revenue dipped, but it appointed a new executive and partnered in Indonesia

Nucleus Software announced financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting consolidated revenues of Rs. 210.43 crores, a profit after tax of Rs. 23.87 crores, and earnings per share of Rs. 9.07. The company's consolidated revenues decreased to Rs. 210.43 crores from Rs. 217.72 crores in the same quarter of the previous year, while profit after tax fell to Rs. 23.87 crores from Rs. 35.20 crores. Nucleus Software also appointed Mr. Bhavit Godiwala as Chief Customer Success Officer and entered into a strategic partnership in Indonesia, alongside marking five years of collaboration with Hatton National Bank.
