Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on August 6, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the board meeting’s conclusion.
