Borosil Renewables allotted shares to warrant holders, with M7 Global Fund receiving a significant allocation

Borosil Renewables Limited announced the allotment of 12,52,629 equity shares to warrant holders who applied for conversion, following receipt of payments, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on July 30, 2026. The allotment, stemming from warrants initially issued on a preferential basis in February 2025, increased the company’s paid-up equity share capital to Rs 14,18,44,869 divided into 14,18,44,869 equity shares, with M7 Global Fund PCCC – ASAS Global Opportunities Fund receiving the largest allocation of 75,471 shares.
