Parshwanath Corporation Limited informed the BSE Limited that the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mrs. Riddhiben R. Patel from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 30, 2026, citing personal reasons, and confirmed there are no material reasons for her departure beyond those stated in her resignation letter.
