IdeaForge Technology allotted shares to employees under its stock option scheme on July 30

IdeaForge Technology Limited announced the allotment of 8,774 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each under its ideaForge Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018, to employees on July 30, 2026. The allotment increased the company's paid-up capital from Rs 49,68,55,970 comprising 4,96,85,597 equity shares to Rs 49,69,43,710 comprising 4,96,94,371 equity shares.
