Elitecon International Limited confirms Kumar Upadhyay’s departure as Additional Director

Elitecon International Limited announced that Kumar Anubhav Upadhyay has ceased to hold office as an Additional Director with effect from July 29, 2026, due to the non-receipt of shareholder approval for his appointment within the period prescribed under Regulation 17(1C) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Upadhyay was initially appointed as an Additional Director on April 29, 2026, and also serves as a Whole-time Director of Centuple Global Limited.
