Chalet Hotels reports Rs 5,140 million income, a 10% rise, in Q1 FY26

Chalet Hotels Limited announced results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026, reporting total income of Rs 5,140 million, up 10% compared to Q1FY26, and Rs 2,400 million in EBITDA, up 15% year-over-year. The company's hospitality segment RevPAR increased by 6% to Rs 8,582 million, while its commercial real estate segment revenue rose 18% to Rs 865 million. Chalet Hotels also acquired 100% of the shareholding of Seasons Hotels Private Limited for a consideration of Rs 1,710 million and introduced a voluntary separation scheme for employees at one of its hotel units, resulting in compensation of Rs 98.49 million.
