G. G. Dandekar Properties to move registered office within Maharashtra, pending approval

G. G. Dandekar Properties Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved a proposal to shift the company's registered office within the state of Maharashtra to Suma Centre S. No 8+13(P) CTS No. 1409+1410, Erandwane, Pune 411004, from its current location at 211/A, MIDC, Buti Bori Industrial Area, Village Kinhi, Tal. Hingana, Dist. Nagpur 441122, with the shift subject to member approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 4, 2026. Additionally, the board approved a proposal to alter the company’s Articles of Association to conform with the Companies Act, 2013, also requiring member approval at the same meeting.
