Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals approves grant of 120,000 employee stock options under its 2022 plan

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 1,20,000 employee stock options under the Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited Employees Stock Option Plan, 2022, with an exercise price of Rs 179.25 per option, convertible into an equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 2.00 each, vesting in four equal annual tranches starting from the first anniversary of the grant.
