Aeroflex Neu confirms no deviation in Rs 6,480 Lakhs funds raised through warrants

Aeroflex Neu Limited, formerly known as Sah Polymers Limited, disclosed a statement of deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised under Regulation 32 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, revealing no deviation in the use of Rs 6,480 Lakhs raised through the allotment of convertible warrants on a preferential basis on July 25, 2025. The company noted that Rs 1,620 Lakhs, representing 25% of the issue price, has been received, with the remaining Rs 4,860 Lakhs to be received upon conversion of warrants into equity shares within 18 months.
