Systematix Corporate Services Limited announced an investment of Rs 25,00,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary, Systematix Wealth & Asset Services Private Limited, by subscribing to 25,00,000 equity shares at par. The investment is intended to meet the working capital requirements of Systematix Wealth & Asset Services Private Limited, which focuses on alternative investment funds, wealth management, and financial product distribution and had a turnover of Rs 193.06 lakhs for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
