Geetanjali Credit and Capital Limited informed the BSE Limited that its register of members and share transfer book will be closed from August 15, 2026, to August 21, 2026, for the Annual General Meeting, with Friday, August 14, 2026, set as the cut-off date for determining voting eligibility, and remote e-voting commencing on August 18, 2026, at 09:00 AM and ending on August 20, 2026, at 05:00 PM.
