Vintage Coffee reports revenue growth of 58% and NCLT approves key amalgamation

Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited reported revenue of Rs 161.00 crore and operating profit of Rs 30.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, representing growth of 58% and 76% respectively compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year, while profit after tax increased to Rs 20.79 crore, a 46% rise year-on-year. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the amalgamation of Vintage Coffee Private Limited and Delecto Foods Private Limited with Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited, effective July 21, 2026, and the company has commenced project execution activities for a proposed Freeze-Dried Coffee Plant with an installed capacity of 5,500 MTPA at the Telangana Food Processing Zone.
